Bill Skuthorp is the State Manager of Western Australia and has over 40 years experience working in the HVAC industry. ​Our Contracting and Service & Maintenance divisions continue to enjoy periods of sustained growth and profitability, thanks to Bill’s dedication, hard work and his unique style of leadership.

John is the Marketing Manager and comes from a mainstream property ownership background.  With over 30 years in the industry, he knows how buildings function with what owners want as a financially beneficial outcome. He also assists the Service Managers in delivering client-oriented responses.

Dom has been in the industry for 15 years, having commenced as an apprentice with AMS, he has a high level of competency and knowledge of the industry. He is experienced in working closely with building owners & management in achieving optimum building efficiency and reducing unexpected expenditure.

Francis is a service estimator. He focuses on the service area is responsible for compiling estimates of how much it will cost to provide a client or potential client with products and service. He assists and liaises with managers, material supplies and assist with supervision if required.

Kent is a tenancy project manager. He provides intelligent expertise into the engineering of fitout installations, designs and draws plant layout and configuration and delivers cost-effective air-conditioning systems and mechanical services.  He also reviews and analyses customer design proposals.

Geoff is a project estimator and has been in the industry for more than 30 years. He is responsible for undertaking the estimating of projects, optimising system configuration and maximising the cost-effective delivery of solutions. He assists and liaises with clients and potential clients on layout solutions.

Kenny is a field supervisor and has been in the industry for 15 years. He is in the Service Department and manages all mechanical and controls services and service repair activities in the building. He attends breakdown calls when necessary and is managing a service and maintenance portfolio.

Amani has been in the HVAC industry for over 15 years. She manages all mechanical and control services for several A-class office buildings. With her extensive knowledge of controls systems, she provides support and reporting for technicians along with coordinating maintenance and service repairs.

Jeff has been in the HVAC Industry for more than 15 years with an extensive background in air conditioning and mechanical systems. He is managing a service and maintenance portfolio, focusin on delivering high quality service regarding air conditioning, refrigeration, and building controls.
